The BD6981FVM-GTR is a Motor/Motion/Ignition Controller & Driver from ROHM that is designed to drive a single DC brush motor with an H-bridge output. The device utilizes high-speed drive technology and a built-in 5V regulator, which allows the motor to be driven at up to 4A current (H bridge switchable 2A per channel).
