The BD62130AEFJ-E2 is a single-channel H-bridge motor driver manufactured by ROHM. It is designed to control a wide range of DC motor types in applications like camera focus and zoom lenses, small motorized tracking systems, and home appliance. The device is capable of driving a motor up to ±7A in peak, ±2.2A in continuous. It integrates built-in current sense amplifiers which enable closed-loop speed control and advanced protection functions like thermal shutdown, overcurrent protection, and cycle-by-cycle current limit.
