Datasheet Wireless Power Consortium Qi Compliant AirFuel Alliance PMA Compliant Wireless Power Receiv er IC BD57016GWL General Description Key Specifications BD57016GWL is a stand-alone wireless power receiver Maximum Input Voltage: 20.0 V IC. 7 Programmable Output Voltages: 5.0 V to 12.0 V The device integrates a fully synchronous rectifier circuit Maximum Input/ Output Current: 1.5 A (Max) with low-impedance FETs, Qi compliant and PMA AC Input Frequency Range: 100 kHz to 480 kHz compliant packet controller, adjustable regulated voltage Operating Temperature Range: -25 C to +85 C output, and an open-drain output pin to communicate with the power transmitter using amplitude modulation. Package W (Typ) x D (Typ) x H (Max) BD57016GWL is targeted at mobile applications UCSP50L4C (80pin) 4.2 mm x 3.4 mm x 0.57 mm implementing wireless charging compliant to the Qi (0.4 mm pitch) standard and the PMA standard.
