Maximum Input Voltage 20 V (Max) The device integrates a fully synchronous rectifier circuit with low-impedance FETs, Qi compliant and PMA compliant Maximum Input/ Output Current 1.5 A (Max) packet controller, adjustable regulated voltage output, and AC Input Frequency Range 100 to 480 kHz an open-drain output terminal to communicate with the power transmitter using amplitude modulation. Package BD57015GWL is targeted at mobile applications UCSP50L4C W(Typ) D(Typ) H(Max) implementing wireless charging compliant to Qi Extended 4.1mm 3.2mm 0.57mm Power Profile (EPP) standard and the PMA standard.
