IDT49FCT3805D/E 3.3V CMOS DUAL 1-TO-5 CLOCK DRIVER INDUSTRIAL TEMPERATURE RANGE 3.3V CMOS DUAL IDT49FCT3805D/E 1-TO-5 CLOCK DRIVER FEATURES: DESCRIPTION: Advanced CMOS Technology The FCT3805 is a 3.3 volt clock driver built using advanced CMOS Guaranteed low skew < 200ps (max.) technology. The device consists of two banks of drivers, each with a 1:5 fanout Very low propagation delay < 2.5ns (max) and its own output enable control. The device has aheartbea monitor for Very low duty cycle distortion < 270ps (max) diagnostics and PLL driving. The MON output is identical to all other outputs Very low CMOS power levels and complies with the output specifications in this document. The FCT3805 offers Operating frequency up to 166MHz low capacitance inputs. TTL compatible inputs and outputs The FCT3805 is designed for high speed clock distribution where signal Inputs can be driven from 3.3V or 5V components quality and skew are critical. The FCT3805 also allows single point-to-point Two independent output banks with 3-state control transmission line driving in applications such as address distribution, where one 1:5 fanout per bank signal must be distributed to multiple recievers with low skew and high signal Heartbea monitor output quality.
