The AG303-63G is a RF Amplifier DC-6000MHz 20.5dB Gain@900MHz manufactured by Qorvo. It is a high performance, wideband Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) MMIC amplifier with low noise figure, high linearity, high gain, and excellent gain flatness. The AG303-63G is well suited for a variety of applications in both Military & Commercial frequency bands, from 6 GHz down to DC. This amplifier has excellent small signal gain up to 20.5dB, low noise figure of 1.4dB, excellent input & output match, and high output power of 28dBm. This device also provides fast switching speeds and low DC power consumption. Additionally, it is available in a 6-lead SOT-363 Surface Mount package.
