PSD 25T/12
Powersem PSD 25T/12 is a bidirectional power MOSFET module. It has 25V maximum drain-source voltage (VDSS) and 12A maximum drain current (ID). The part has an internal intrinsic fast body-diode, which makes it suitable for high frequency AC/DC applications such as power supplies, DC/DC converters, and motor drivers. The PSD 25T/12 has excellent switching characteristics, with a low on-resistance and low capacitance. The module also has low thermal resistance, allowing it to dissipate more heat and maintain high levels of efficiency.
