The LYT2004D is an isolated high voltage toggle switch IC designed by Power Integrations. This IC is designed to provide high voltage switching functionality in a low profile, low-cost package. The LYT2004D is capable of withstanding up to 1200V at 1MHz, making it ideal for high-voltage switching applications. This device features a built-in under-voltage lockout, over-voltage protection, and a controlled slew rate for improved EMI performance.
