The LNK306PN power switch by Power Integrations is a 400V, 6-pin, non-inverting, single-channel, fixed frequency, pulse-width modulation (PWM) current-mode switching regulator. This regulator is designed to provide high efficiency and low standby power consumption for AC/DC power conversion applications such as power adapters and LED lighting applications. It features an integrated fixed-frequency peak current-mode PWM controller and two low-side switches, making it suited for a wide range of input and load conditions. The device has a maximum current rating of 225mA for MDCM and 360mA for CCM. It features a minimum on-time switching at 327ns to reduce switching-losses, as well as cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown protection.
