The L4447-121-683 is a diode mounted laser diode assembly from Pangolin Laser Systems. It is a single-mode laser diode in the 905nm wavelength range ideal for use in low divergence and high speed applications. This diode assembly has an active area of 5.4mm and an output power of up to 10W. It is equipped with a thermoelectric cooler, thermistor, and TE cooler driver to allow for precise temperature control and stabilization during operation.
