Opto SemiconductorsThe SFH 313 FA-3/4 Phototransistor manufactured by OSRAM Opto Semiconductors is a dual channel device consisting of two adjacent phototransistors placed on a common substrate. The chip is a flip-chip design in which the phototransistors are mounted on a black plastic body and the substrate is placed beneath the plastic body. It has a peak wavelength of 500 nm and a response time of 4.7 µs to 5.3 µs. The detector type is NPN silicon, the collector-emitter voltage is 50 Volt and the collector current is 100 mA. The device offers a wide viewing angle of 90° and is suitable for both ambient light sensing applications and direct irradiation. It is designed for use in optical communications, medical equipment, wearable electronics and consumer electronics applications.
