The BPW34S with Photodiodes Photo pin diode clr offered by OSRAM is a high resolution photodiode featuring an integrated amplifier. It is a compact, low cost, low power device mounted in a surface mountable TO-18 or small can package. This photodiode has a maximum sensitivity of 580nm, a high linearity and excellent noise performance, and both long and short wavelength versions are available.
