The OR-M3053 with SOP-4 Optocouplers - Thyristor Signal Output ROHS is a solid state relay manufactured by Orient. It incorporates a photosensitive diode as the input which, when used with a suitable switching controller, will trigger a thyristor to switch its output loads. The relay is compatible with SOP-4 packages and has a high isolation voltage of 5KVrms between input and output. It is RoHS compliant and has a power dissipation between 0.1W and 1.5W. It has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 100°C and a very low input current of 1mA. The fast turn-on time of the relay is 10µs and a turn off time of 2µs. It is highly reliable and long-lasting making it an ideal choice for a wide range of applications.
