The RHRP1560 is a 600V 15A radial taping thyristor manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It has a tube package with 2 loose lead 2 holes TO220-2 pins with maximum pin length of 1.4mm. It is a two-terminal solid-state electronic component designed for switching and power control applications. It is a current-controlled semiconductor device capable of blocking, switching, or conducting electrical current when triggered by a signal at its gate terminal. It is suitable for use in applications up to a maximum operating temperature of 175°C.
