The NSIC2020JBT3G LED Lighting Driver CCR&LED Drivr A/C of line120V, 20mA +/-15%, manufactured by ON Semiconductor is a high frequency off-line LED Lighting driver. The device includes a Switchmode Power Supply for boosting voltage to drive constant current LEDs at line voltages from 90Vrms to 305Vrms with output current accuracy of + 15% at 25°C ambient temperature. The device also provides integrated over temperature protection with hysteretic thermal shutdown and over current protect which prevents the device from getting thermally damaged or arcing. The device also comes with active PFC features to ensure a power factor (>0.9) and an extremely low held harmonic distortion. The device is suitable for applications such as industrial lighting, automotive lighting and outdoor LED lighting.
