Available in a PDIP7 or SOT223 package, the NCP107x offer a high level of integration, including MARKING DIAGRAMS softstart, frequencyjittering, shortcircuit protection, skipcycle, a maximum peak current set point, ramp compensation, and a Dynamic SelfSupply (eliminating the need for an auxiliary winding).
