The NC7SZ02P5X is an ultra-small, single channel TTL-compatible digital logic NOR Gate with 2 inputs in a SC70-5, surface mount package. It is manufactured by ON Semiconductor and designed for operation over a voltage range of 1.65V to 5.5V. It is a low-power 0.8 mA active mode solution consuming less than 1 µA in its static, low-power standby state. The NC7SZ02P5X is particularly suitable for high speed logic gate applications, and is fully characterized for operation over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
