MCR12DCMT4G is a triple-channel optically isolated MOSFET driver module manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is designed to provide drive to load currents up to 1A and voltages up to 24V. The device is comprised of three input channels, each featuring an opto-coupler to provide electrical isolation between the input signals and the output stages. The MCR12DCMT4G can be powered with either single or split-power supplies and works with various digital logic levels, such as 5V or 3.3V CMOS. The output stages are protected against short circuits and are capable of synchronizing with external PWMs.
