The MC74LCX08DTR2G from ON Semiconductor is a quad 2-input AND logic gate with 2–3.6 V supply voltage. The device is based on two AND gates housed in a small 8-Lead SOIC package and is specifically designed to operate with industry-standard LVTTL logic levels.
