The MC74HC14ADR2G is an integrated circuit from ON Semiconductor. It includes six inverters with 2-6V Hex CMOS Schmitt trigger inputs, providing logic functions as expansion of other circuits for various applications. The device features an open-drain output for standard CMOS or TTL logic levels, its wide supply voltage range makes it suitable for any design, and the Schmitt trigger action helps to eliminate noise. It also features excellent waveform characteristics, as well as high-speed switching and wide margins of operation. The device is bipolar, manufactured in a plastic thru-hole dual-in-line package, which is designed to meet standard logic requirements.
