The M74VHC1G126DTT1G is a dual monopole double-throw analog switch, designed and manufactured by ON Semiconductor. This switch operates from 1.65V to 5.5V, it has internal ESD protection with a capacitance of 10pF and minimal degradation of the signal at up to 500MHz. The device features a switch with 1N channel, which is suitable for switching both analogue and digital signals while maintaining low distortion. It carries a ceramic package that is ideal for applications requiring low on-resistance. This part is ideal for low power applications such as portable equipment and industrial control systems.
