The LM285Z-2.5G is a low dropout voltage reference designed specifically for use with extreme low voltage power supplies such as those used in portable electronic devices. The part offers a stable reference voltage of 2.5V with very low dropout voltage (<50mV). It is rated to operate over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C with both short-term (15 minute) and long-term (1000 hour) load stability. Other features include low noise (3mV P-P), low power dissipation (7 µA) and high accuracy (0.05%).
