LC709006V-TLM-E is an automotive grade microcontroller manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is based on a 32-bit Arm Cortex-M0+ and MCU architecture, featuring an operating voltage from 1.8V to 3.6V and up to 32MHz of system frequency. The part provides up to 32Kbytes of RAM, 2Kbytes of ROM, and 128Kbytes of flash memory for ROM code, 256 bytes of EEPROM, and 16-bit I/O ports. It also includes one analog-to-digital converter block and several serial communication interfaces, including SPI, UART, and I2C, as well as several external interrupt signals and five timer blocks.
