BCW68GLT1G is a family of N-Channel, 60V, 0.031 Ohm, 30A, SOT-23 (SC-88) standard and PowerTrench™ MOSFETs from ON Semiconductor. These devices are designed to deliver low on-resistance and good switching performance. They are also designed with a low gate charge and low input capacitance, which reduces the circuit losses and optimizes the system efficiency. These devices feature highcurrent capabilities and low gate-to- source charges which make them suitable for power, load and
battery switching applications. They are also ESD protected and feature their own Over-Temperature Protection (OTP) technology. It is suitable for use in automotive systems, such as those found in engine control units.
