The BAT54CLT3G with Schottky Diodes & Rectifiers SS DUAL CC is a dual diode schottky rectifier, manufactured by ON Semiconductor. This device is designed to offer improved thermal performance over comparable devices, with incorporated Schottky Diode technology and a high current capability. It is typically used in automotive and other low voltage applications in place of a standard Schottky diode or rectifier. The BAT54CLT3G offers low voltage drop and low forward voltage.
