The BAS16LT1G is a general purpose, power, and switching diode manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is a low profile device with a small package size of 1.2mm x 0.8mm. It has a maximum power dissipation of 500mW, a junction temperature of 150°C, and an ESD-withstand voltage of 2kV. It is able to withstand reverse voltage of 200V.
