The 74VHC86MTCX is a dual 4-input exclusive OR gate manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It has low power consumption and is designed for high-speed operation. This device is specified for a VCC range of 2.0 to 5.5 volts and has an operating temperature of -40°C to +125°C. The propagation delay time is typically 3.5ns and is capable of driving 16 LSTTL loads. The low input current and the low output saturation voltage enable reliable operation during switching of the inputs. This device is available in multiple packages including SOIC-14, SOT-23-5, SC-70-5, and SOP-14.
