The ON Semiconductor 6N137M is an optoisolator with logic output, capable of switching 10Mbps signals across a wide voltage gap with very high isolation voltage (5000Vrms). This device features a single open collector channel capable of transmitting signals over 10kV/µs. The 8-DIP package on this device is capable of allowing close connection to other devices.
