Z0103NN-135 is a NXP discrete power thyristor module produced with a single thyristor connected in inverse-parallel. The module is a glass passivated in a half-bridge configuration. It is designed for use in AC switching applications and can withstand high junction temperatures up to 175°C. It has a blocking voltage of 1000V, a rated current of 135A and a maximum di/dt of 20A/µs. The module offers a high surge capability, reverse voltage protection, and high current isolation.
