The NXP PCA9617ADPJ is an I2C bus repeater interface and signal buffer/repeater/level translator. This device is highly configurable and supports up to 16 channels of signal buffering, with each channel individually selectable as either unidirectional or bidirectional. It also provides advanced signal conditioning to ensure that I2C signals remain accurate despite the presence of any noise that could be present on the shared data line. Moreover, it is hot-swapping compatible and provides protection against short-circuit and overvoltage conditions.
