MPX2053 50 kPa Temperature Compensated Pressure Sensors Rev. 11 22 April 2021 Product data sheet 1 General Description The MPX2053 series devices are silicon piezoresistive pressure sensors that provide a highly accurate and linear voltage output directly proportional to the applied pressure. The sensor is a single monolithic silicon diaphragm with the strain gauge and a thin-film resistor network integrated on-chip.
