The LM75BTP, 147 part of NXP, is an Serial Digital Temperature Sensor, which is capable of measure the ambient temperature, monitor ambient temperature with an external diode and control temperature using thermo-peltier element. It works on an I 2 C interface and allows for temperature resolution up to 0.1 °C. The LM75BTP is a digital temperature sensor with extended accuracy and range. It is designed to integrate easily into a wide range of applications and provides a cost-effective solution when compared to traditional analog temperature sensors. The device is packaged in a SMD package (3.3V or 5V operation) and is designed to operate under extreme temperature conditions. The LM75BTP offers a wide range of features such as temperature sensing range (-40°C - +125°C), programmable temperature alert threshold, low power consumption (typical 2.5uA), improved accuracy of ±0.5°C over the temperature range and fast response time (5ms).
