The KTY81/121.112 is a general purpose, negative temperature coefficient thermistor manufactured by NXP. It is commonly used for temperature sensing in a variety of applications. It features a voltage range of 3-50 volts, with a resistance range of 10 kilohms to 10 megohms. It is capable of measuring temperatures from -55°C (-67°F) to 125°C (257°F). It has a 12.5°C tolerance at 25°C and an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The thermistor can be mounted on a printed circuit board with a thru-hole, or be inserted into a grove as an inline component.
