BAP65-05.215 is an ultra-low RDS(on) power semiconductor relay part from the series of BAP65 relays manufactured by NXP. It offers and ultra-low RDS(on) of 0.001 Ohms, as well as an operating voltage range of 5 V to 400 V. It switches up to 220 Amps of current and comes in a high density and compact 2.5 mm x 1.2 mm package.
