's LW08 family
The BAP50-03.115 is a series part of NXP's Low-Voltage Logic (LW) 08 family. It is an 8-channel bilateral switch that is used in applications where a low voltage is required. This switch features low on-resistance, low power dissipation, as well as bi-directional switching. It is rated to handle up to 3.15V, and is built to guarantee a lifetime of up to 1 million cycles. It is available in a wide range of packages and pin plating to meet many different design requirements.
