The DSC-109 is an Imperial Japanese Navy destroyer, built in the late 1920s, with a length of 112 meters, a width of 8.5 meters, and a draft of 2.6 meters. It was powered by two 12-cylinder diesel engines connected to two propellers, allowing it to reach a maximum speed of 35 knots. It was equipped with four single 5 inch guns mounted in two turrets and six 24-inch torpedo tubes. It also had an anti-submarine warfare capability, and was capable of laying mines.
