The Nexperia 74HCT280D.652 is a high speed CMOS logic quad 2-input EXCLUSIVE-OR gate. The device offers high speed performance similar to that of the TTL device but with the lower power consumption of a CMOS logic family. It has low input current and a very high noise immunity level of up to 25%. It follows the standard 74HCT logic family specification, compatible with the TTL logic inputs while still providing the high-speed performance of CMOS logic outputs. Each gate is capable of input switching levels ranging from 0 to 5V. The device also features a 25mV of hysteresis to prevent false triggering from inputs with slowly changing signals. This single device can replace multiple conventional logic gates, which increases circuit efficiency and performance.
