The 74HC1G125GW from Nexperia is a logic-level translator and voltage-level-shifter low-power Schottky Transceiver. It is an 8-channel device with two control inputs (A and B). The device can translate and shift low-voltage digital signals between the two logic families represented by the two control inputs (A and B). The translator and level-shifter is designed for asynchronous bi-directional communication between terminals operating on different logic supply voltages and logic levels. The device operates in three modes: high-impedance, daisy chain and operating mode. The device features Power Down protection and Overheat Detection that are capable of restricting the device temperature rise to as little as +25°C. It is suitable for bus-oriented applications such as I²C, SMBus, UART and other serial protocols.
