The SS14-MS Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) with Single SMA (DO-214AC) package manufactured by MSKSEMI is a small surface mount, high-performance diode offering low forward voltage drops with fast switching speed and low leakage. Its 500 uA@40V rating ensures that it can be used in most applications while the 40V rating ensures a high maximum voltage rating which makes it very suitable for high power applications. The 550mV@1A rating gives the diode a moderate power rating which is still more than adequate for most applications. The diode is ROHS compliant and is suitable for use in a variety of applications.
