The BAT54ADW is a Surface Mounted Technology (SMT) Schottky barrier diode (SBD) from MSKSEMI. It is a SOT-363 package with dual diode and features two 50V reverse blocking voltage and a very rapid switching speed of maximum 30ns. The diode has a low profile of 0.75 mm and is suitable for surface-mount applications. The current ratings of the diode are 1.0 ampere (A) peak forward current and 1.0 W power dissipation. It also offers an excellent temperature stability and is compliant with RoHS standards.
