MPQ2128 2.5V-to-6V Input, 3MHz, 1A Synchronous, Step-Down Converter Available in AEC-Q100 DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MPQ2128 is a 3MHz, constant-frequency, Meets Automotive Requirements current-mode, PWM, step-down converter. It Highly Efficient: Up to 95% has an integrated main switch and synchronous 3MHz Constant-Switching Frequency rectifier that make it ideal for low-voltage 1A Available Load Current conversions. 2.5V-to-6V Input Voltage Range Output Voltage as Low as 0.6V The MPQ2128 can supply up to 1A load current Current-Mode Control from a 2.5V-to-6V input voltage. The output voltage can go as low as 0.6V. Cycle-by-Cycle Over-Current Protection Short-Circuit Protection Additional features include <1A shutdown Thermal Shutdown current, internal soft-start, cycle-by-cycle over- <1A Shutdown Current current protection, short-circuit protection, and Internal Soft-Start thermal shutdown.
