MP7747 20W Class D Mono Single Ended Audio Amplifier The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP7747 is a mono 20W Class D Audio 20W Output at V = 24V into a 4 load DD Amplifier. It is one of MPS products of fully THD+N = 0.02% at 1W, 8 integrated audio amplifiers which dramatically 91% Efficiency at 20W & V =24V DD reduce solution size by integrating the following: Low Noise (103V Typical) z 250m power MOSFETs Switching Frequency Up to 1MHz 9.5V to 36V Operation from a Single Supply z Startup / Shutdown pop elimination Integrated Startup and Shutdown Pop z Short circuit protection circuits Elimination Circuit The MP7747 utilizes a single ended output Programmable UVP structure capable of delivering 20W into 4 Thermal and Short Circuit Protection speakers. MPS Class D Audio Amplifiers exhibit Integrated Power FETs the high fidelity of a Class A/B amplifier at high Available in 10-Pin QFN3x3 Package efficiencies. The circuit is based on the MPS proprietary variable frequency topology that APPLICATIONS delivers excellent linearity, fast response time Portable Docking Stations and operates on a single power supply. Surround Sound DVD Systems MP7747 features programmable VDD Televisions shutdown voltage by controlling the UVP node Flat Panel Monitors voltage.
