MP6539 100V, Three-Phase, BLDC Motor Pre-Driver with HS & LS Inputs The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP6539 is a gate driver IC designed for Supports 100V Operation three-phase, brushless DC motor driver 120V V Maximum Voltage BST applications. The MP6539 is capable of driving Internal LDO Supports External NPN for three half-bridges consisting of six N-channel High-Current Drive Requirements power MOSFETs up to 100V. Integrated Current-Sense Amplifier Low-Power Sleep Mode for Battery- The MP6539 uses a bootstrap capacitor to Powered Applications generate a supply voltage for the high-side Programmable Over-Current Protection MOSFET driver. An internal charge pump (OCP) for External MOSFETs maintains the high-side gate driver if the output Adjustable Dead-Time Control to Prevent is held high for an extended period of time. Shoot-Through Full protection features include programmable Thermal Shutdown and Under-Voltage over-current protection (OCP), adjustable dead- Lockout (UVLO) Protection time control, under-voltage lockout (UVLO), and Fault Indication Output thermal shutdown. Available in Thermally Enhanced Surface- The MP6539 is available in TSSOP-28 Mounted TSSOP and QFN Packages (9.7mmx6.4mm) and QFN-28 (4mmx5mm) APPLICATIONS packages with an exposed thermal pad.
