MP6400 Low Quiescent Current Programmable-Delay Supervisory Circuit The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP6400 family is the microprocessor (P) Fixed Threshold Voltages for Standard supervisory circuit which can monitor and Voltage Rails From 0.9V to 5V and provide reset function for system voltages from Adjustable Voltage From 0.4V are Available 0.4V. APPLICATIONS The MP6400 has a very low quiescent current DSP or Micro controller Applications of 1.6 A typically, which makes it ideal suitable Laptop/Desktop Computers for battery-powered applications. It provides a precision reference to achieve 1% threshold PDAs/Hand-Held Products accuracy.
