MP2362 Dual 2A, 23V, 380KHz Step-Down Converter with Frequency Synchronization The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP2362 is a dual monolithic step-down 2A Current for Each Output switch mode converter with built-in internal 0.18 Internal Power MOSFET Switch power MOSFETs. It achieves 2A continuous Stable with Low ESR Output Ceramic output current for each output over a wide input Capacitors supply range with excellent load and line Up to 90% Efficiency regulation. Each channel can be independently 40A Shutdown Mode synchronized to a frequency up to 1.2MHz. Fixed 380KHz Frequency Thermal Shutdown Current mode operation provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. Cycle-by-Cycle Over Current Protection Wide 4.75V to 23V Operating Input Range Fault condition protection includes cycle-by-cycle Each Output Adjustable from 1.22V to 16V current limiting and thermal shutdown. In Configurable for Single Output with Double shutdown mode the regulator draws 40A of the Current supply current. Programmable Under Voltage Lockout The MP2362 requires a minimum number of Frequency Synchronization Input readily available standard external components.
