MP2357 0.5A, 24V, 1.4MHz Step-Down Converter in a TSOT23-6 DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP2357 is a monolithic step-down switch 0.5A Peak Output Current mode converter with a built-in internal power 0.35 Internal Power MOSFET Switch MOSFET. It achieves a 0.5A peak output Stable with Low ESR Output Ceramic current over a wide input supply range with Capacitors excellent load and line regulation. Current mode Up to 92% Efficiency operation provides fast transient response and 0.1A Shutdown Mode eases loop stabilization. Fault condition Fixed 1.4MHz Frequency protection includes cyclebycycle current limiting Thermal Shutdown and thermal shutdown. Cycle-by-Cycle Over Current Protection The MP2357 requires a minimum number of Wide 4.5V to 24V Operating Input Range readily available standard external components.
