MP2318 High Efficiency 2A, 24V, 2MHz Synchronous Step-Down Converter DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP2318 is a high frequency synchronous Wide 4.5V to 24V Operating Input Range rectified step-down switch mode converter with 2A Load Current built-in internal power MOSFETs. It offers a 90m/40m Low Rds(on) Internal Power very compact solution to achieve 2A continuous MOSFETs output current over a wide input supply range Low Quiescent Current with excellent load and line regulation. High Efficiency Synchronous Mode Operation Current mode operation provides fast transient Fixed 2MHz Switching Frequency response and eases loop stabilization. AAM Power Save Mode Full protection features include OCP and Internal Soft Start thermal shut down. OCP Protection and Hiccup The MP2318 requires a minimum number of Thermal Shutdown readily available standard external components Output Adjustable from 0.8V and is available in a space saving 8-pin Available in an 8-pin TSOT-23 package TSOT23 package.
