signal
The DS156-H part of the Miyama signal is a dual-stage horn antenna system designed for use in communication systems. It consists of two identical, independently radiating antenna elements, each made up of three equal-length arrays of dipoles, mounted on a common center boom and supported by a vertical mast. The two elements are orientated at right angles to each other and can be configured to radiate in either a vertical or a horizontal plane. The DS156-H provides excellent performance across a wide bandwidth from 1 MHz to 30 MHz, with a maximum gain of 16dBi. It is a great choice for aircraft communications, base station and shipboard applications.
