The ULN2002D is a monolithic integrated circuit manufactured by Mixic that contains seven output Darlington transistors connected in parallel. It is available in an SOP-14_150mil package (surface mount) that is RoHS compliant. This device is designed to provide high current Darlington transistor outputs with low saturation voltage. The ULN2002D can be used for relay driver, logic buffers, motor drivers, or other high current/high voltage applications. It features an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, and has a power dissipation of up to 600mW. The ULN2002D can provide a peak output current of up to 600mA, and is rated for an off-state collector-emitter voltage of up to 75V.
