MIC5366-2.85YMT-TR is a field-effect transistor (FET) spark gap protection device that is available in a small, SOT-23 package. It has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and an R DS(ON) of 2.85V. The device provides protection against overvoltage, overcurrent, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) up to ±15kV. This device also features superior thermal shutdown and low leakage current, making it suitable for many automotive, industrial, medical and consumer applications.
